Emilia Clarke is back on screens, in a horror anthology called Murder Manual.
The anthology has just dropped on Amazon Prime, and features eight creepy short tales.
We’ll be able to see Clarke’s early foray into horror, as one of the eight is a short film called Shackled, which Clarke starred in back in 2012.
In the short film, Clarke plays Malu, a young woman who is held captive by a circus, as the film follows the frantic attempts to rescue her.
Among the seven other creepy tales, there’s a little girl’s journey from a world of nightmares into the nightmare of reality, a gay couple’s romantic getaway in Palm Springs that turns murderous and a young woman whose rideshare turns deadly.
As well as Clarke, the terrifying films include Hadley Fraser (The Legend of Tarzan), Sylvia Panacione (Jane the Virgin), Maria Olsen (Paranormal Activity 3), and Bryan Manley Davis (The Devil’s Well).
Viewers will have to pay close attention, as all eight stories are connected in some way.
Murder Manual comes as Clarke’s West End play The Seagull had its scheduled run cancelled due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
